  • Host provides up to $250/month credit towards utilities. Additional utility charges, if any, are responsibility of tenant.

  • Small non-shedding dogs OK with prior approval

  • No parties. Must adhere to all PGA West HOA rules and regulations.

  • Monthly golf cart rental available for additional $850 fee
