Please note that rental rates vary significantly by season and demand. We offer significant discounts for multi-month rentals, pre-payment (non-refundable bookings) and cash payments. If you would like to discuss rates, please give us a call!

We strongly-recommend that all guests obtain private travel insurance to protect your stay! Unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or alterations after bookings are confirmed and lease agreement is executed.

  • Small non-shedding dogs OK with prior approval

  • No parties. Must adhere to all PGA West HOA rules and regulations.

  • Monthly golf cart rental available for additional $850 fee
